He looks forward to listening to the words, music and sounds effects. Within the first few minutes of listening to the CD he looks like he has melted. This guided relaxation CD relaxes Sebastian, puts his mind in a positive place and his negative thoughts of monsters under his bed and"the lizard man" when going to bed at night have decreased a lot since listening to the Sleep Fairy CD every night. The soothing music and sound effects help Sebastian wind down and focus on good thoughts and visualizations. Because he is focusing on Lisa's voice and the relaxation techniques, he is able to fall asleep without first going through his old routine of being scared of monsters and such. He is waking up happier and looks forward to the new day more so now than before the Sleep Fairy CD was part of our bedtime routine. The Sleep Fairy CD consists of relaxation techniques, thinking about the good things that happened that day, positive visualizations, good dream direction and positive affirmations that can boost self esteem and promote good behavior in children.
